From the tiniest orb weaver spiders, to brilliant blue kingfishers. You can explore the short Wicken Fen Boardwalk Trail or the National Trust Woodland Walk. At sunset, you’ll be rewarded with rays highlighting the russet-turned-golden sedge. After your walk, stop at the Five Miles From Anywhere pub for a delicious meal and a cosy pint or two.

Another top UK autumn walk is Richmond Park in London. With over 2,500 acres of land to stroll through, you’ll be able to see some of the abundant wildlife the park is known for, including deer that call the park home.
